Class is such a great experience and so good for us physically, but also for our soul and our mind. Thank you for enriching my life and that of many others

Our Dance for Health participants were eager to come back to the studio following lockdown. It's really clear how our sessions truly support their wellbeing.

Covid-19 and beyond

COVID-19 presented challenges to in-person delivery, but 50 Moves, Men Dancing, and Dance for Parkinson’s classes were adapted and delivered via Zoom.

Together now have a hybrid studio, so participants can attend classes either via a screen or in-person. So even though restrictions have been lifted, participants have the option to join in from the studio or from the comfort of their own living room.
